FEATURED SPEAKER

Dave Roberts
World Series Champion & LA Dodgers Manager
Dave Roberts is one of the most successful and influential leaders in Major League Baseball and enters his 10th season as manager of the Los Angeles Dodgers with a résumé defined by historic consistency and championship performance.
Since taking the helm in 2016, Roberts has guided the Dodgers to the postseason in each of his first nine seasons—an unprecedented achievement in National League history. A two-time World Series champion and 2016 National League Manager of the Year, he begins the season with the highest winning percentage of any MLB manager with at least 1,000 games managed. Under his leadership, the Dodgers have captured eight NL West division titles, multiple National League pennants, and five 100-win seasons, making him the fastest manager in MLB history to reach that milestone.
Roberts ranks among the all-time leaders in postseason victories and is one of only a handful of managers to win multiple World Series titles with the same franchise. He is also a trailblazer in the sport—one of the few Black managers to win multiple championships and the first manager of Asian descent to earn Manager of the Year honors. His sustained success recently earned him a long-term contract extension, reinforcing his status as one of baseball’s elite leaders.
Before managing, Roberts enjoyed a 10-year Major League playing career and was known for speed, intelligence, and competitive instincts. He famously stole second base in Game 4 of the 2004 ALCS, igniting one of the most iconic comebacks in baseball history.
Born in Okinawa, Japan, and raised in California, Roberts starred at UCLA, where he remains the school’s all-time stolen base leader. Off the field, he is deeply involved in leadership, diversity, and community initiatives and is a co-owner of Red Stitch Winery in Napa Valley.
Dave Roberts brings a powerful perspective on leadership, resilience, and building championship culture—making him an inspiring and impactful featured speaker.
